By subscribing to QLeads, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

QLeads provides exclusive lead generation landing pages and delivery of lead notifications via email/SMS to subscribed businesses.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Ad spend (Google, Facebook, etc.) is separate and paid directly by the client.
• You may cancel at any time; access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for responding to leads promptly, providing accurate business information, and complying with applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

QLeads is not responsible for the outcome of leads or third-party services. We make no guarantees regarding lead volume or conversion.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States.
